WhatsApp Messages
Build a template once, fill it with live dashboard numbers, and send it
Two ways to send from here:
1. Manual (no setup) — "Open in WhatsApp" fills your message and opens WhatsApp Web/App; you tap Send yourself. Works immediately, for one message at a time.
2. Automatic via API (needs a one-time setup outside this dashboard) — WhatsApp's real send API is a Meta-verified Business account reached only from a server, never directly from a browser (for security, Meta blocks this). So true auto-sending needs a small middle service in between — see "Connect Auto-Send API" below for the exact options and links.
Connect Auto-Send API optional, for automatic sending
To send automatically (no manual tap needed), pick which service actually talks to WhatsApp on your behalf:
From your AiSensy dashboard: Manage → API Key, and the campaign name of an API Campaign you've already created & set live (with an approved template).

Edit Template
Preview & Send
Daily Auto-Send optional — needs the API connection above
Add as many people as you like — each can get a different template at a different time, every day. Works only while this dashboard tab stays open in a browser.
Appearance
Pick a theme, set your own colours, and name your business
Business Name
Shown in the sidebar and browser tab for everyone who logs in.
Square images work best (e.g. 200×200px). Resized automatically to fit the sidebar.
Theme Presets
Custom Accent Colour
Fine-tune the highlight colour used for buttons, charts and badges — works on top of any preset.
Users & Roles
Owner only — decide which modules each person can see
Add a User Directly
Or let them use the Sign Up screen themselves — either way you can adjust their access below.
Managers can do everything a Staff member with the same module access can, plus delete Ticket Support tickets.
Timelog
Owner only — login activity across all users

Data & Backup
Your data stays on this device, tied to your account here.
Server Connection Owner only — connect a real backend for true shared, multi-device data
By default this dashboard saves data in this browser only. If you've deployed the companion backend server (see the README that came with it), connect it here — every device and every staff member will then read and write the exact same live data.
Dashboard Access Lock Owner only
Set one shared password that anyone must enter before they even see the Login/Sign Up screen — useful since the dashboard link is reachable from anywhere. This is separate from each person's own account password.
Google Sheets Live Sync
Pull orders straight from a Google Sheet, and optionally keep it refreshing automatically.
How to get the link: In Google Sheets, go to File → Share → Publish to web, choose the sheet with your orders, set format to CSV, click Publish, and paste that link below.
Import from Excel
Upload any .xlsx file. You'll match your columns to the dashboard fields manually before anything is imported — nothing is guessed silently.
Excel Templates
Blank template to fill with your own orders, or a sample file to see the expected format.
Manage Dropdown Lists
Add or remove options shown in the Company/Brand and State dropdowns across the dashboard.
Reports & Export
Export each module on its own, or take a full backup of everything at once.
Sidebar Order Owner only — decide which module appears first
Rename Modules Owner only — change what each module is called
Load Sample Data
Not sure how it looks with real numbers? Load a demo dataset straight into the dashboard to explore, then clear it when ready.
Reset
Permanently delete all orders stored in this dashboard.
